Is this optional? If a service has no PA or medical necessity requirements, would you need this? I guess a bigger question for the guide is if its scope should be narrowed to orders that will need documentations for payers for PA or retrospective medical necessity review. For just a regular order between provider/supplier with no PA requirements, is there already an existing guide for that?
