There are a few extensions that should not be inherited by derived profiles, including:

• http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/structuredefinition-standards-status and http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/structuredefinition-normative-version (See Zulip thread 1 and thread 2)
• http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/structuredefinition-explicit-type-name (See Zulip thread 3)

We need a programmatic way of indicating that these (and possibly other) extensions should not be copied to derived profiles.
