      Decision logic content refers to any content created as part of developing CDS artifacts.  These include the logic for representing CDS and eCQM expressions.

       

      Propose updating as follows:

      Note the suggested language may be incorporated into the 2nd Liquidity paragraph as, "For example, decision logic content (i.e., the shareable and computable criteria) that is developed from the same guidelines used to inform the quality measurement specifications can be operationalized at the point-of-care using applications that can deliver that content, driving performance improvement in support of quality measurement."
