ClinicalImpression is an event type resource, but lacks both clinicalImpression.partOf and clinicalImpression.basedOn. Maybe there are other event features missing?

The resource is in a low maturity level, and feedback from implementers is actively requested. We are looking at using it for a use case for A&E triage (the full triage assessment). 

Please consider aligning the resource with the event pattern for consistency.
