Will update to whatever guidance is decided by the FHIR (vocab) and or US Realm team. However is not in the scope of this IG to define this policy.

add a STU note that will migrate to VSAC or another standard centralized US Realm terminology authority.

    Description

This IG (as well as US Core) are defining terminology artifacts using http://hl7.org/fhir/us/ urls. That's expected for already existing termonology content, but I'm not sure if it's ideal for newly developed content (as in this IG)? Would it be better to have the terminology for US IGs defined and hosted in VSAC. Or if it needs to be managed by HL7 (which probably makes sense here) should it be part of terminology.hl7.org? I'm not sure if we've determined yet what is the best practice in this regard, particularly for new terminology artifacts (I assume that more may be needed in the future for Nofifications?).
