FHIR-26132 Unsolicted notifications should be limited to defined use cases and triggers
Description
The AMA is concerned this could leave the door open for many alerts, adding much “noise” to the provider system. Specific alert use cases should be outlined/defined; the door should not be left open to any possible kind of “trigger,” as this could overwhelm physicians and practice staff with low-value messages that don’t require action. There needs to be agreement between the actors about what triggers notification and what information is to be sent.
Existing Wording:
What constitutes a trigger (nature of the event as defined in your organization)
