We acknowledge the R5 subscription work and plan to incorporate guidance to using Subscriptions in a future version of the IG. This does not, however, obviate, the current workflow as a viable option for implementers using FHIR messagingn for FHIR R4.

Will update the STU Note here ~/output/guidance.html#introduction to indicate that plan to incorporate the Subscription work into a future version of this guide.

Add a 'Future Page' and discuss how this relates to Argonaut Subscriptions work and if/how/when (or not at all) they will be merged.

The 'note' on the Framework page would benefit form additional detail.
