    Description

For imaging procedures, there are some specific statuses that are often relevant, such as "begin exam", "end exam", etc.  These are more about workflow status than report status.

I'd suggest we include two different statuses in DiagnosticReport:

      1. The current status property which represents the report status.  This seems fine as-is.
      2. A new workflowStatus, potentially in a backbone element with a timestamp, that can include information about the imaging workflow history.

Because workflow statuses can be back-dated, I don't think just relying on the resource version history is sufficient for tracking the workflow status history.
