Description
The sentence "If this value can change according to the FHIR version in use, the description SHOULD describe the value for each supported FHIR version." makes me think that:
1. The hub should provide which FHIR version it supports.
2. Conversion of FHIR resource? E.g. ServiceRequest and ProcedureRequest. One subscriber uses R3 and the other R4.
Existing Wording:
Description: A functional description of the context value. If this value can change according to the FHIR version in use, the description SHOULD describe the value for each supported FHIR version.
