      Will correct publisher such that "+" is mandatory if the list of codes in the short name doesn't match the list of codes.  We won't standardize on a specific number as how many should show up may vary depending on the size of the codes and how many need to be present to give the reader the 'gist' of what's allowed.

    Description

      There is no hard and fast rule how many concept to display in the short name when have larger valuesets.

      The risk here is that the short name is interpreted as the complete value set when many times it is not

      I propose for consistency:

      Option 1 - limit to 5 and for > 5 add the '+' and document that. so folks know what is means...

      Option 2 - always list all the codes when 2 or 20...
