We need to include individual examples (not in a Bundle) for all resource and data type profiles and extensions in the IG.  The example instances should be referenced with exampleCanonical (instead of exampleBoolean) in the ImplementationGuide resource (ig-uv-ips.xml). The reference for the Composition profile example is to the example Bundle (with Composition as the first resource).  The extensions and data type profiles need to be included in one or more example instances (but don't have separate examples of their own).
