The guidance in the standard states the filter property value for a SNOMED Expression Constraint is "constraint" https://www.hl7.org/fhir/snomedct.html#4.3.1.0.8.3.

The SNOMED CT canonical code system defines the filter.code as "expression" https://www.hl7.org/fhir/codesystem-snomedct.html.

Please correct the canonical code system filter.code to "constraint".
