Several instances of Coding.display in the Immunization example are using the translated or alternative descriptions (in French, from Luxembourg) rather than descriptions that are published by the code system.  Need to fix this and also specify the International Edition of SNOMED CT, which uses English descriptions for the preferred terms and therefore those English terms must also be used for the display text (there is as of yet no official French or Luxembourg SNOMED CT edition).
