The differentials in the participant-uv-ips and abatement-dateTime-uv-ips extension profile definitions do not include the root "Extension" element.  This generates an "Elements included in the differential should declare mustSupport" warning in the build, as there is obviously no 'mustSupport' declaration for the "missing" elements.
