We will not change the type optionString to optionMarkdown because that would have impacts on default values and QuestionnaireResponse answer. However, we will add the 'rendering-style' and 'rendering-xhtml' to the answerOption.valueString element in the advanced rendering profile and will include an example to show how this can be used to have 'pictures' as the answers to certain questions.

We allow these for question text but not for allowed answers. Need it for things like answers that are pictures
