Description
Just saying that something is "Observation" isn't good enough - we need to know what version of Observation. Same is true of v2, X12, etc.
Also, it's sometimes helpful to highlight that an instance is valid against a particular profile/template or set of profiles. (E.g. CCDA, one of the vital signs, etc.)
