Many of the names listed on the home page ("Allergy", Medication "Request" & "Dispense", etc.) are not the formal resource names.  The intention with the labels on the home page is to list the "most commonly used terms" to allow quick navigation to the relevant page of the spec.  It's our belief that "Problem" is more likely to be searched than "Condition".  (If you already know your resource name, just go search on the resource tab.)  We also feel that the explanation on the Condition page will make it quite obvious to people quickly why they ended up where they did.  We have limited screen real-estate on the first page and don't feel that adding aliases is worth it.

    Description

The main FHIR Build page still lists Problem for the Condition Resource. If both concepts need to be shared like on the alphabetic page perhaps it should be "Condition (aka Problem)" as it is on the alphabetic listing of the Resources.

Clicking on Problem and then going to a resource called Condition confuses some.
