For explicit support of HL7 Version 2 standards code system identifiers, we need to support a uniqueid.type value for those items published in V2 to identify code systems (table 396 entries). Note that the values of the string identifiers can be found at http://www.hl7.org/Special/committees/vocab/table_0396/index.cfm

We wiull have Naming System instances where thbere is a URI, an OID, and a V2 mnemonic for certain code systems.
