StatementDateTime is not in mCODE at this point; neither was it in STU2. TerminationReason as a generic concept also does not exist; at some point prior to STU2 it was renamed TreatmentTerminationReason to reflect the fact the extension is specific to Procedures. So this extension is not (or no longer) applicable to generic workflow. This issue is OBE (overcome by events); no longer relevant.
