      Body position is not always captured in practice, even if present.

      Regardless, based on the approved resolution in GF#24526 , we will drop the mCODE-defined vital signs profiles, and instead, refer to the vital sign profiles provided in the base FHIR standard. If that issue is approved, then this issue is moot.
