The mCODE Observation.component for genomic class is almost identical in form except that we place the LOINC answers with our value set name GenomicSourceClassVS instead of explicitly calling out LOINC Answer List LL378-1. Given that, we agree to specify the answer list rather than our own value set and will make this change accordingly.

Proposed resolution: Persuasive.
