We agree with this item. Each breast can have many observations of different abnormalities of varying types, and the impressions section can document multiple conditions. For the next ballot we will clarify these better.

    Description

Several of the component slices have plural names (cystTypes, LymphNodeQualifiers) but all the components have a cardinality of 0..1. Could any of these component repeat for a given patient (and presumably laterality)? If so, how would those be structured? For a given patient, can there be multiple observations for a single side or is a patient limited to two observations total (one for the left side and one for the right side)? The image on the home page of the IG suggests that each side may have multiple observations but it's not clear how. Please clarify how observations and their constituent components are organized for a patient, particularly when multiple occurrences of the data is possible.
