In the Device.property.type there is a note indicating a DeviceDefinitionPropertyCode code system (or value set). However, if it exists, there is no link to it. I am guessing it does not exist. There are codes in the IEEE 11073 10101 MDC system for device properties and we could use these as a possible set of codes; make a value set containing these codes. However, I would strongly recommend that the value set/code system be example.

I have attached a set of codes used by PHDs for various property types as an illustration of something that is currently being used in the PHD IG and in V2 PCD-01 messages. This table could be extended with entries for PoCD properties.

In any case, there needs to be something or the reference to the DevicedefinitionPropertyCode needs to be removed. Its not clear to me if every CodeableConcept entry must have some type of code system (example or not) associated with it. If so, there are CodeableConcept entries in the Device that have no such reference.
