This is an IG publisher issue: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179252-IG-creation/topic/Links.20in.20OperatinDefinition.20rendering for discussion. In short, it'd be very helpful to have a well-supported way to include linked text in a rendered IG. Markdown seems to work even though the field is a string; is this correct / supported?
