goes through (and makes Encounter.hospitalization.origin, destination and dischargeDisposition redundant),
the hospitalization backbone element will only have the elements left:

• preAdmissionIdentifier
  - specialCourtesy
  - dietPreference
  - specialArrangement

as for preAdmissionIdentifier: we don't understand the purpose of this. There is very little explanation of what this is supposed to be and why it can't be a regular identifier on Encounter?

All the other elements left seem to build a logical group, but the name "hospitalization" seems off.
Recommend to rename to "hospitality" or "patientPreferences".
