Will add constraints on the 'language' to prohibit x-query for enableWhenExpression and will change all of the others to allow 'any' (as FHIR-query is possibly relevant for all of the expression ones and FHIRpath/CQL is relevant for itemContext).

Description

Several of the expression-based extensions listed in section 5.2 restrict the expression type to FHIRPath or CQL. Those restrictions should show up as constraints on the pages for the extensions.
