2.7 includes a nice description of what a "library level identifier" is. Would be nice for 2.8 to do the same for "data type" and to include an example.

      Agreed, add to 2.8 the definition of a Data Type:

      A "data type" in CQL refers to any named type used within CQL expressions. They may be primitive types, such as the system-defined "Integer" and "DateTime", or they may be model-defined types such as "Encounter" or "Medication". For FHIR-based eCQMs using the QI-Core profiles, these will be the author-friendly identifiers for the QI-Core profiles.

    Description

      2.7 includes a nice description of what a "library level identifier" is. Would be nice for 2.8 to do the same for "data type" and to include an example. I assume that for ["Encounter", "Inpatient Encounter"], the data type is "Encounter". This is NOT clear or intuitive.
