Is there a way to name a group? The groups often have purposes. In HQMF, there was not a way for measure developers to name a group at time of authoring. Does this FHIR format allow for that? Same for stratifications.

There is a name element in the Measure.group. However, this element was removed in R4 in favor of using "codes", so suggest that this is something we revisit as part of the R4 uplift.

In addition, there is another comment that resulted in a conformance requirement for the "id" of each group, and that should be sufficient to meet this need.
