All of the codes are related to education. There are no examples of other types of credentials (e.g. licenses, certification, etc. The set of codes don't need to be exhaustive, but we do need examples that show the other types of things that can go here - because I've had implementers tell me that they can't use 'qualification' for licenses and pointed at the list of codes as the basis for that statement.
