The IG publishing tooling doesn't currently support slicing on Composition.section.entry by the referenced profile. So will remove this slicing and for now replace in each section slice with an entry reference to a choice of either the specific profile or 'Resource'. In a future version of the IG we may be able to add this slicing back in once the tooling sufficiently supports it.
