The references at the bottom of Section 1 (index.com) need to be cleaned up. They are not consistent and do not appear to follow any citation format.

The in-line reference numbers don't seem to align to the references - in the paragraph above 1.4.1 there is a superscript 8 which is not in the references. The superscripts aren't always clear on web documents, it may be better to use the square-bracket form (e.g., [refnum])
