Extend Observation by adding the analytical method

      The Specimen resource provides methods for collection and specimen processing to capture workflow steps in advance of the analysis. 

      However, to accomplish what is being asked (a multi-step observation), two (or more) Observations can be linked via basedOn to allow the results from one Observation to feed into a second Observation, with each Observation having one of the methods of the multi-step process represented.

      The BR&R team would like to extend the observation resource to include an analytical method name on the observation. This supports the SDTM variable LBANMETH. This would be a CodeableConcept.
