The BR&R team would like to have a link between the Observation and the Investigator (Practioner) overseeing the result collection. Currently, there is a link between observation comments and the Practitioner who provided them, but there is not a link to the Practitioner for the observation itself. This is critical for Clinical Research to understand who was involved in the data collection and oversight.
