    Description

      Good afternoon,

      We are proposing a change to HealthcareService.eligibility in order to open the possibility of programatically assessing a patient's eligibility for a given HealthcareService. In order to encapsulate the full breadth of eligibility requirements that we see, this involves a variety of data types and resources. Therefore we propose the use of a BackboneElement to store all of this screening criteria within the HealthcareService resource. Attached is a writeup detailing our justification as well as some JSON examples.
