Rename the 0..* backbone element from "specimenToLab" to "typeTested", which is aligned with the name of the above element "typeCollected". Argument: A SpecimenDefinition defines a kind of specimen to be collected (e.g. venous blood), out of which will be produced a kind of specimen to be tested, selected from a list of preferred and alternates (e.g. plasma sample (preferred), serum sample (alternate)). Additionally, there are several testable specimens that may be allowed for a given specimen definition, so the backbone element allows us to support the multiple cardinalities. This was pre-applied in R4.
