    Description

Recommend that more details are provided in description for administrativeGender.

It is unclear whether this is refering to sex (physical characteristic) or gender (social construct). Based on part of the description it appears that administrativeGender refers to sex (physical characteristic). Also, How is it distinguished from sex and gender? Recommend that guidance is provided such as if sex (e.g. sex at birth or current sex) is desired that an extension will have to be used/created and similarly for gender identify.
