When we provide a list of vocabulary bindings for a structure definition in a profile, the view lists bindings for elements that are 0..0 (or nested within 0..0 elements). It really doesn't make sense to list those. Ideally we'd also filter out bindings where a fixed value is declared and we might want to somehow highlight "must support" bindings as slightly more important than bindings used for optional elements
