The Clinical Decision Support (services) section needs additional examples with additional detail.\A0 There are too few examples for an implementer to use this guide effectively in its current form.\A0 Suggestion to provide end-to-end examples for atleast three use cases: for example- guidance for an imaging order; guidance for a medication order; and calculating BMI when opening the chart.\A0 For each use case, we would like to see fully worked out examples, including all or almost all data elements in DecisionSupportServiceModule, $evaluate request, and GuidanceResponse, and covering synchronous, asynchronous, conversational and bundling flows.
