Requirements on displayName are not appropriate or necessary to be machine readable. SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] value (CONF:1169-32482). Note: - If coded, the code value describing the best method of diagnosis of the tumor/cancer SHALL be provided in @code (associated @displayName and @codeSystem SHALL also be provided along with the @code).- If uncoded, the string value describing the best method of diagnosis of the tumor/cancer SHALL be provided within element. This value SHOULD contain zero or one [0..1] @displayName, which SHALL be selected from ValueSet NAACCR Diagnostic Confirmation urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.3.520.4.3 DYNAMIC (CONF:1169-32620).
