      Existing Wording

Author addresses conform to the same address restrictions as patients, even though those restrictions do not always make sense - SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] assignedAuthor (CONF:1169-33230). This assignedAuthor SHALL contain at least one [1..*] US Realm Address (AD.US.FIELDED) (V2) - Cancer IG Specific Constraints (identifier: urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.13.17:2014-08-08) (CONF:1169-33231).

      Proposed Wording

Remove that conformance statement, allowing you to not include usablePeriods and other odd requirements for provider addresses.
