      Existing Wording

      Patient and Provider addresses do not allow element level nullflavor. This does not require the EMR to send an address, but just makes the address be very verbose when not present. This patient SHALL contain at least one [1..*] US Realm Patient Name (PTN.US.FIELDED) - Cancer IG Specific Constraints (identifier: urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.13.18:2014-08-08) (CONF:1169-33034) such that it a. SHALL NOT contain [0..0] @nullFlavor (CONF:1169-33035).

      Proposed Wording

      Remove that conformance statement, allowing an element level nullFlavor for ease of readability
