Description
Goal Observation has several entryRelationships; these are sliced by profile & typeCode.
The typeCode differentiates the "refersToGoal" and "componentEntry" slices which point use EntryReference.
But there is no difference between the "refersToGoal" and "refersToGeneric" slices - they are both @typeCode=REFR, and they both point to EntryReference. As a result instances fail to validate if they contain this pattern (ideally, the IG Publisher should catch this, but it's not that smart yet).
refersToGoal description:
The following entryRelationship represents the relationship between a Goal Observation and a Health Concern Act (Goal Observation REFERS TO Health Concern Act). As Health Concern Act is already defined in Health Concerns Section, rather than clone the whole Health Concern Act template, an Entry Reference may be used in this entryRelationship to refer the template.
refersToGeneric description:
Where a Goal Observation needs to reference another entry already described in the CDA document instance, rather than repeating the full content of the entry, the Entry Reference template may be used to reference this entry.
Need to either pick a new @typeCode or (more likely) combine these into the same slice definition.
