      Based on the design conversations that were held with US Core, we will be removing the Specimen Reject Reason Observation template from the Specimen Collection Procedure template and this will remove the duplication of the two value sets.

      1) Remove the SpecimenRejectReasonObservation template.

    Description

      There are terminology overlaps between Specimen Reject Reason and Specimen Condition (v2 tables 493 and 490) - these should be resolved and clarified. See attached spreadsheet. Suggest deprecating those concepts that are duplicated and drawing from two code systems in the value sets.
