    Description

      The Encounter Activity template doesn't call out the USCDI v4 Encounter Identifier element, although the USCDI guidance page claims that the Encounter Activity template covers it.

      I assume that we meant for the Encounter Identifier to just be the encounter.id? In any case, we should call it out in the Description column.
