    Description

CarePlan seems to allow 1..* receivedOrganization.name, while US Realm Header restricts this to 1..1.  Easiest way to solve is to restrict CarePlan to 1..1 like US Realm Header (and treat as errata, if we're still doing that). Alternatively, we could open up US Realm Header to 1..* in the next version of C-CDA.

      In CarePlan:

      US Realm Header:

(In case Jira hates the images

      Care Plan:

      • The receivedOrganization, if present, SHALL contain at least one [1..*] name (CONF:1198-32002).

      US Realm Header

      • The receivedOrganization, if present, SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] name (CONF:1198-5578).
