Structured Documents agreed this is an errata to the C-CDA Companion Guide R3.

Will edit in Companion Guide R4 as follows:

We will correct: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension="2014-06-09" (CONF:1098-32554).
Updated to: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension="2022-06-01" (CONF:1098-32554).

    Description

The Companion Guide R3 version of the Planned Procedure template added some new MAY conformance statements to provide new guidance around SDOH procedures. These changes are fully compatible with the previous version of the template, and so the template's extension was never changed from the previous version:

      • SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension="2014-06-09" (CONF:4515-32554).

However, these examples both include a 2022-06-01 extension on the template, which technically doesn't exist. We can resolve this one of two ways: by removing those templateIds from the examples, or else by deciding that the R3 version of the template did need to have a new extension and changing that in an errata.

I'm leaning a bit towards the first one (I feel like we've decided that minor changes like that don't necessarily require new template versions, though I don't toally remember), but I'm interested in hearing others' thoughts!
