As documented on the ISA page for Representing Patient Allergies and Intolerances; Medications, MED-RT replaces VA's NDF-RT, which was sunsetted in 2018. We need to update the narrative description of Table 495 (Substance Reactant for Intolerance) to insert MED-RT ahead of NDF-RT in the priority order.
NDF-RT should also be listed in Table 536 (Code Systems).
