    Description

In the main Companion Guide (p. 193 + 194), there is reference that the Indication data element is conveyed using an Indication template contained within a Medication Activity template. It appears we are versioning Indication to V3 in R4 to better align the value guidance. We are not versioning Medication Activity in R4, but Medication Activity V2 references Indication (V2) in its MAY conformance statement:

      20. MAY contain zero or more [0..*] entryRelationship (CONF:1098-7536) such that it
      a. SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @typeCode="RSON" (CodeSystem:
      HL7ActRelationshipType urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.5.1002 STATIC)
      (CONF:1098-7537).
      b. SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] Indication (V2) (identifier:
      urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.19:2014-06-09) (CONF:1098-
      16087).
