Description
re: CDAR2_IG_CCDA_COMPANION_R2_STU_2019OCT_2021OCTwithErrata
There are inconsistent headings/titles in section 5.2.6.1 and the attached example.
- Section.code has LOINC display name "Problem List"
- The CDA Spec section 5.2.6.1 is labeled "Problem Concern"
- Section.title is "Active Problems"
Section.title heading is "ACTIVE PROBLEMS". How are "inactive problems" captured? Should inactive problems also be sent in this section (which is confusing since the heading is "active problems"), or in another section?
Please clarify how to send "active problems" vs "resolved problems" (or problems in states/statuses other than "active").
Requesting that the specification provide a more complete example, that includes multiple types of problems (e.g. Admitting Diagnosis, Discharge Diagnosis, Additional Problems, Active Problems, Resolved Problems, Comorbidities).
This additional example would help clarify the potential conflict between the Section.title "Active Problems" and the inclusion of non-active problems in this section.
