The current version limits the statusCode to Active and Completed .

In the current EU cross-border services based on CDA exchange it has been identified the need of reporting the fact that a previously documented dispensation act didn't happen (sent by error; started but then aborted;...)

To support this case the value set for the status code should be extended to all available ActStatus concepts (http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/v3-ActStatus) .
